RE-ENTRY PERMIT  

The Indonesian Mission (Embassy or Consulate General) will issue an extension of re-entry permit to holder of the Indonesian Temporary or Permanent  Stay Permit Card.

To obtain an extension of re-entry permit from the Indonesian Consulate General in Chicago, the following requirements have to be  met :

1. approval from  the Immigration Director General;  

2. valid passport ((6 (six) months beyond the entry date)

3. valid Temporary or Permanent Resident Card (1 (one) month beyond the entry date);

4. copy of ticket to Indonesia;
